Exchanges for Damaged Goods We stand by the quality of our turf. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of the exact same item.
To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, please ensure that:
You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
You provide photos and a clear description of the damage.

Returning Damaged Goods Once your exchange is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item.
We cannot be held responsible for goods further damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the damaged goods or proof of received return delivery.
